JAMES J HANRAHAN

With over 21 years of real estate investment experience, James has worked with some of the largest self-storage providers in growing and managing the operations. He has participated in the acquisition and disposition of over 250 self storage facilities. He has been involved with overseeing the sourcing, negotiations, market research and due diligence of real estate acquisitions and investments.

James started in the self storage sector working for Public Storage, the original innovator of modern self storage and the largest in the U.S. "I served for 5-years on Board of Directors for CA Self Storage Association. This industry has been a pleasure to work in and continues to offer benefits to me and my clients."

James currently resides in Big Bear City, CA.

CHARLES TIANO

Charles' special skills are derived from his recognition, "to be truly effective in any industry, you need to have a keen understanding of both your client's needs and your companies capabilities." Charles believes that his real value to his clients is measured by performance and rewarded by trust. Building solid relationships with people across the country provides Charles with ample opportunity to offer his unique talents.

Charles graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and has worked with UBS in Chicago, and has worked with UBS in Chicago, Lightstone Securities, Centaurus Financial, and Everbank Advisors. He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps serving his country for four years. He currently resides in San Clemente, CA.
